I bought this plate for my DS who is 4 and he eats from it quite a lot as it is his favourite plate, he loves Winnie the Pooh.

Primark have recalled the plate due to high levels of lead and formaldehyde found.
AIBU to think my DS may have ingested traces of this by being absorbed in his food on the plate?
How serious is the risk?
