From teenage to current age(40)my body despite being always remaining between a very slim size 8 and 10 and exercising regularly with weights and cardio my skin has always been so loose and droopy.its now covered in cellulite and got looser lookinh and i cant stand looking at it naked. Ive not got a high bmi or high body fat percentage, just really awful stretchy loose lumpy skin!has anyone else had similar and managed to make any real difference or do i accept that im going to end up looking like a bag of runny porridge?!

Learn to see yourself as others see you and learn to love yourself

I'm a size 8 low BMI, but I have saggy skin too - think it's an age thing. I just focus on staying healthy, I eat well and exercise. I can't help what my skin does, I just look after myself, the rest is in the lap of the gods as they say! One thing I do though is use a firming moisturiser, I use Palmers Cocoa butter with Q10. And I find I look better with a tan.

Same here…slim size 8/10, healthy eater, regular exercise, pretty fit. Look like a leaking bag of porridge in the buff. I’m 47.
Don’t think there’s much to be done beyond risky and expensive surgery, so coming to terms with it is my only option.

Me too - bit bigger 10-12 - 51 - I watched "The Big C" and the old lady in that said it

"feels like I'm wearing my skin like a sweater"

I thought that just about summed it up!
