To tell him if...

Had unprotected sex (pull out) without consent, he was nasty and abusive. No longer in a relationship with this person, and have blocked on all platforms.

Was due my period about a week and half after, have been late (tested on day 4, 7, 8 and 9) some early tests, and the last two tests were clear blue inc digital screen test. The tests have all been negative!

I'm currently on holiday so unable to test again or get a blood test, have a period due in 4 days but barely any symptoms.

Firstly, could there be a chance that I'm pregnant?

Secondly, would/should I tell him?

would you keep the baby if you are preggers ? would you need child support from him if you did if not then no need to tell him anything whatever your decision is. good luck either way

PutinIsAWarCriminal · 18/08/2022 16:49

Don't tell him until you have decided what to do. He doesn't need to know unless there is a cms claim.

99% sure I won't be keeping the baby, for me it was not consented and I'm not ready to have a child in my life. But the more I'm not getting my AF, the more worrying it is that there is a life growing inside me. Really unsure what to think or do.

A. Yes of course you could be pregnant

B. Tell him what? That you could possibly be pregnant? What for?

Cigarettesaftersex1 · 18/08/2022 17:04

If you're not keeping the baby and you're not in touch then no, there's no need to contact him

TeapotTitties · 18/08/2022 17:06

He raped you so no, I wouldn't be telling him anything.

seela · 18/08/2022 17:06

After 4 negative tests I thought there wouldn't be much chance, but now at 27 days let I'm worrying again.

In theory, you were far enough pregnant for it to have stopped your period. You'll just have to wait. You shouldn't tell him until after you give birth, if at all.

neverbeenskiing · 18/08/2022 17:09

You don't owe your rapist anything. Even if you are pregnant (unlikely after 4 negative tests) you are under no obligation to tell him, whether you decide to go through with the pregnancy or not. Stress and anxiety can delay your period so this may be why you're late.

iamjustwinginglife · 18/08/2022 17:09

Absolutely do not tell him. Even if you go ahead with the pregnancy why would you want this man to have any part in its upbringing

CaptainMyCaptain · 18/08/2022 17:10

Don't tell him whether you have the baby or not. You owe him nothing.

AyBeeCee · 18/08/2022 17:15

No don't tell him anything. You do not want him in your life.
Where are you in the world that you can't go into a pharmacy and buy a pregnancy test?

waltershite22 · 18/08/2022 17:31

He raped you?

Or you had consensual sex, you told him not to ejaculate and he did against your wishes?

Yes he forced himself upon me, he's done it before multiple times but this was the last straw.

Just worried about the after effects, and the AF not arriving.
