Deleting purge older threads

I've just done a delete/purge on threads some have run their course, some have degenerated to such a degree if I was the OP I'd scarper too. Some OPs drop a subject in and never update. I do try to be supportive. But the ones that post a thread and never update I won't even reply to now. Is that unreasonable?

YABU to feel the need to announce it.

I do like the see all post option. If there are several pages of replies and only one OP then odds are it's a wind up and go.

Do you mean the threads in your 'threads I'm watching '?

I’m totally confused about why you think anyone would be bothered about this?
