Surely it’s much better for the body to work day shifts and doesn’t the body shut down at night usually like urine production stops etc

Anyone else think OP has recently be shunted into nights and is hating it?

That must be why they haven't been back, slept all day and gone off to work now.

I always thought that it was rotating shifts that were unhealthy, rather than just working nights.

Your comment about the body shutting down at night makes no sense. We are not robots.

Thank fuck that some people do like to work nights though. Without them, your health emergency would have to wait until the morning to be dealt with.

My cousins worked night shifts in their 20s. They spent less, because they didn't get the chance to go out with their mates in the evenings, and when they had enough saved up they'd go off travelling somewhere.
