A parking one

As I know some mumsnetters love a good parking debate, I came across this article on Facebook about parking

"A debate has sparked in a Welsh town after a letter was left for a motorist who parked in a residential street. The letter has been labeled "petty" and "childish" by some, however others have backed the author saying people need to be more "considerate" to others"

Ooh I want to know which town now!

I once parked on a street in Wales. Loads of room. A man came rushing out of his house to tell me off. Apparently if he had wanted to take his caravan out, I would have been blocking his line of vision. I offered to move, though I couldn’t really see the problem. But no, he didn’t actually need to move his caravan, he just thought I should have been more considerate. To this day, I don’t know what his point was. I couldn’t have been blocking his view because his ruddy great caravan was already doing that.

The narrowest, I've found is it's one of the seaside towns, but not a detailed location,

People are hugely territorial and seem to think that they own the road outside their homes. But they really do not so is really pretty behaviour. It might be annoying for the homeowners but they need to get back in their holes.

It depends. If they’re just randomly parking there or blocking access etc then yes I can see why a note would be left but I work in the social care sector in community which often means I get this when parked out visiting clients. If I’ve got several within walking distance I don’t drive to each one because diesel costs a lot. I’ve even had the police phoned and my car reported as a suspicious vehicle.
