Would you report to the RSPCA?

im looking at homing a kitten. I have made several applications at the rspca and cats protection but there seems to be a lot of people ahead of me and they seem to be reserved quickly.

I went to go and see some kittens from a breeder the other day. I wouldn’t say they were breeders though. Just that their cat got pregnant but they said this wasn’t the first litter she had had.

When I arrived the place was strong smelling of cat wee which is fair enough but it didn’t look like they were being cleaned out regularly. I met mum cat and she didn’t look very old herself. She was very small. She walked over to me and I stroked her and could feel her bones. She looked very under weight.

the kittens looked tiny too. The woman said they were 9 weeks but personally to me they looked more 6 weeks. I could also feel their Bones. Not sure if this is normal in young kittens

I picked one up and it was apparent she had a bad flea infestation. Would you report?
