Iberia. Am I the only one struggling with them?

I am having so many problems with them, from messing about with seats that I had already paid for, to losing my luggage. Their Customer Service seems to be non-existent. Have I just been singularly unlucky?

They are awful but then all the airlines a pretty poor right now.

I agree that air travel all seems to have gone wrong.
I wish I hadn't bothered!
It's the lack of Customer Services that's so annoying.
Nothing seems to work, any more.

Not unlucky - they are awful.
They lost our luggage between Lisbon and Madrid, found it, then lost it again.

That was almost 3 weeks ago and we still have no idea where it is, or whether it will ever turn up. Customer service is non existent.

It's the lack of Customer Service that's so frustrating. Banks, Airlines, Insurance Companies.... Currently, nothing works.
