To ask re pet travel from Ireland to Spain

Does anyone know if I would have to get Health Certificates for my pets in English and Spanish? Am seeing conflicting info re this. I've read the Spanish government site, which is saying these certs are not obligatory for EU travel, so I should believe this, but am starting to go into panic-mode

I'll check with my vet, but they always tell you to double-check requirements anyway. Not travelling til November, so I've got a bit of time, but am seriously thinking of getting a pet transport company to take the strain! I've travelled with pets before and it's seriously stressful.

Your vet should be able to sort you out with a pet passport, I think the health certificate is included in it.
Will you be flying? I've heard it's incredibly difficult to fly from Ireland with a pet.

Driving & ferry, Rosslare to Santander. There is a health section in the pet passport for the vet to complete, but I'm getting the impression that it might be an additional piece of paperwork
