Just thus really. I'm very overweight and know I need to do something about it. I live a very sedentary lifestyle too. It's a vicious circle, always too tired when I get home & done what I need to. I'm mid 50's. I've had two bouts of covid, the first one of which was covid pneumonia over a year ago. I can't shake the cough off. I get breathless when i exert myself very easily too, I think I have the heart of a 90 year old! I've had some sort of sickness bug the last 2 days which has knocked me off my feet & made me feel very dizzy & weak. Cough seemed to clear up while I've been indoors. As soon as I ventured into the garden tonight it was back!
I obviously realise that no one can tell me on here if there is anything wrong, I need to see a doctor for a check up. But I have become a little scared for my heart over the last couple of days with the giddiness & ongoing breathlessness, which is nothing new.
This is a wake up call. I've read all the info on why i need to exercise but please tell me that there is hope for getting rid of this cough & breathlessness if I start walking regularly at least! It's all self inflicted, I only have myself to blame. I need to lose about 7 stone
