Anyway…. Back to my original Very Long thread, which has disappeared, and now it’s late in Oz, and TBH I’m a bit pissed, because I’ve been ostracised/bullied at work and am a bit stressed.

My doctor has filled out the requisite paperwork saying that I’m seeking Workers Compensation for wages while I have two weeks off. Psychologist is agreeing it sounds like toxic work environment. Work are not happy obviously so my AIBU was originally “Do I confront these people?”

Do I agree to mediation? Or do I wait until their insurer’s get in touch with me?

Work is saying I should filll out grievance report, but doctor has signed me off with workplace injury

Any advice…. X
