With a 9 almost 10 year old girl. Is it aimed more at younger kids or is she likely to enjoy it? TIA

It's a couple of years since we've been but yes if say so
There's quite a challenging play area from memory

Does she like animals? We went a few weeks ago and did the animals first, that took us up to lunchtime (we have smaller kids that didn't want to stop and read anything and just wanted a quick look through in the cages).

The rides are very tame, it's not Alton Towers, my three year old could go on everything. There weren't as many rides as I thought, they were good but we'd done them all in an hour.

There is a big adventure playground for bigger kids and an outdoor water splash area that our kids were too small for. There's a cafe there if she's likely to want to spend hours playing there!

I don't know your daughter couldn't tell you if she'd like it! Have you read the reviews on Trip Advisor, that might give you a better idea.

We had a lovely day out there, the weather was great and we paid with our Tesco Clubcard vouchers so can't complain. We don't live in the area and wouldn't go back.

Mine lived drusillas and we went many times but they were outgrown it by ten. Hello kitty, the cheetah etc aimed at much younger kids.

Drusillas is absolutely brilliant for younger children . Quite expensive but a really good day out .

Use clubcard vouchers for your tickets if you have some saved up!

Took ten year old DS recently and he had a great time. The rides might be aimed at younger children but he still enjoyed them & the big play area as well as the animals & interactive things. (Especially measuring how many decibels he could shout at Hmm) He's pretty easy going and not in a rush to be a grown up though!

Thanks all. We went yesterday and she had a lovely time. Thankfully we found some shade while she was in the splash area. I'm still knackered today 🤣🤣
