Just paid a joiner £1150 to install 4 internal doors. Thought I was getting new architraves as well, but he's put some new ones on, patched others, and not primed it all.
Quote stated "supply and fit 4 internal doors, hinges, latches, handles. Also fit archs to all 4 door frames as discussed" (there was no discussion - just that he would fit them).
I got him back after a carefully worded message - but he just patched some of the holes he left when he moved the hinges. I didn't feel getting him back would achieve anything 😔
Feel really cheated...AIBU by paying him?
