Very interested to hear what people do about with/do their boobs when it's hot and wearing a strappy or very skant top or dress etc.
For aesthetic purposes mainly.
I'm a B/C cup so can get away without a bra in terms of comfort (in fact removing my bra is my favourite part of the day!) but I feel a bit exposed/naked without one.. especially since my girls aren't as pert as they once were 😂
I hate strapless bras, find they never stay up and they dig in etc. I'm intruiged by the world of adhesive bras/tit tape etc... anyone had success there? On an every day level?

I think you can get bras with transparent straps. Better from a distance but not so good close up.

Honest answer? I don’t wear anything strapless or with spaghetti straps. Everything I buy I make sure has wide enough straps to cover a bra. It’s not difficult. But then I have a real thing about how awful bra straps look!!

I have quite a few dresses that I love and owned for a long time that are spaghetti straps that I would have worn over a bikini on holiday or with no bra before my boobs went south!
When it's as hot as it is, I want to wear them but in the city, feel a bit exposed without something helping out my ladies!

I forgot about transparant bra straps.. feels a bit old school though and don't like the look

I wear white cotton vests from M&S or anywhere else I can find them. A size smaller so they’re very snug. I’m small of bosom so their purpose is to camouflage the nips and reduce jiggle as even though I’m old I don’t need or want support or uplift. Works for me

I have a uniqlo cotton dress with integral bra that is actually comfortable and looks ok for casual wear. I have in the past worn bravissimo strappy tops which I bought in the sales as they are expensive. I tried the see through straps on a bra once on a hot day and they stuck to my skin and left it raw so would recommend binning those.

I use these. They're ugly as sin but work a treat 🤣

Ah these look great - thanks! Have ordered!
I've also ordered some... sticky nipple covers to try out for backless situations etc. Not sure about the concept in general but thought worth a try.
Intruiged by tit tape too...
