Ex smuggled weed abroad

The person who I was with nearly 10 years ago. He smoked weed daily at home (yes I have no idea why I was with this person)
Anyway we went on holiday one time to Spain. As we exited Spain airport he told me quietly that he'd smuggled weed into the country between 2 CDs.
I was furious but I guess I didn't have the self esteem to end things or report him.
Looking back, I can't believe how stupid I was. Could it have been a custodial offence?
Also, I may have been guilty by association even if I hadn't been aware of it.
I can't believe I put up with that trash.

My father's mate accidentally smuggled weed through Alicante airport one time they were coming back from holiday. When I say accidentally, I was told that he'd 'forgotten' he had it on him, which indicates a small amount. How much was your ex carrying - a lot?

I mean this kindly: your problem here is not that your boyfriend had some weed on him when you went on holiday to Spain, your problem is that you are dwelling on this 10 years later.

He had some weed in his luggage. Nothing happened. You are no longer with him so you don't have to worry about it.
