I wondered if anyone has advice really
Bare with me!
So we live in a flat- lease hold.
The flats have a management company.
Said neighbor- Julie has become close to the owner of the management company as when we used to chat before it all went wrong she used to say that she just had to chat him up a bit to get what she wants.
She is his point of contact.
So about 2 years ago said neighbor started drinking a lot in the communal garden.
She one day got cross about us doing washing 🙄 she had made a few digs prior to this but what got me more annoyed is she started getting funny with me infront of my 1 year old at the time. I don't take lightly to people doing things like this infront of my children so I grabbed his scooter and threw it in the direction of the house to get us away from her. Told her not to talk to us again and we don't need negativity.
Took her off all social media etc.
That week she came up to me again, she asked if I had a problem with her 🤯
I said yes, don't talk to me like you did and certainly don't approach me for confrontation infront if my children.
Anyway so 2 years now of her basically telling tales to the management company director. Silly things like we had some children toys in the garden one day and we aren't allowed to store them outside (we weren't)
A washing line for broken (it was about 40 years old and rusty) so she said it was on purpose and criminal damage. It wasn't even us we were told my another neighbor.
She now has managed to turn a few neighbors against us. Joys!
So fast forward yesterday- we got a email complaint about us using the communal hose pipe (that we pay for in our service charge) there is no hose pipe ban. No reason for the email. But he is clearly playing along with her games.
Then at 9:30pm one of the neighbors she now drinks with cane knocking on our front door (babies in bed!!) and he accused us of accidentally locking him out and asked if we had a problem with him. (He had been drinking) we haven't and have always said hello and hd a chat. However julie clearly got in his head whilst they were out in the garden drinking all evening.
⭐️ I have been looking it up and it is a form of harassment so I have logged it with the police and have a crime reference number.
⭐️ I have replied to the management company explaining we now have a harassment care opened against her and for them to have all complaint evidence signed Incase the police look into it with them.
I basically just want them all to F off and leave us alone to enjoy our family.
Moving isn't a option.
