Hi last Wednesday I started feeling unwell.
Had a headache that started back of eye,my head felt heavy and I had to constantly clear my throat.
Woke up Thursday felt dreadful, temperature, sneezing, cough etc
So I stayed off work
Friday felt the same and took a test and was positive (really strong line)
Today (Sunday ) much better ,no headache, temperature etc. Still have a congested head and my legs feel weak but can wash up,make lunch etc
Tested again and was still positive

Would you go to work tomorrow?
I work in a contact centre

OP, when I had covid I woke up one day and all the symptoms had almost gone and I felt better and a few days later they all came back. So I would say no.

Take COVID out of the equation. You don't sound well enough to go to work to me, whatever the issue is. Get better.

I just can't really afford to be off work
They won't pay us now if we are off with covid
I might give it a couple more days and hope I'm better
