Shameless traffic grab - pallet company

Need to return a bunch of bathroom shit and it has to go by pallet courier. Good, fine, got a quote.

But, like, how does it work? Do they turn up with the pallet, load it and pack it? Or do we have to source a pallet and load it ourselves??

This bathroom has melted my mind, as you can probably tell.

Firstly I’d double check the vehicle collecting has a tail lift. I would imagine that they would expect you to have the item already secured onto a pallet, also out on the street ready to load. Have you rung them to ask?

Tried, but it's only mon-fri business hours.

I think we've got it nearly figured out.

You’ll need a pallet and a way of securing the stuff to a pallet.
Check that the truck has a tail lift or you will need to source a way to load it - be it a few pairs of hands or a forklift etc.
