I love the Daily Express. It just makes me giggle when they write their articles with all the OUTRAGE, the surprise and the way BRITONS are SHOCKED.

This one is a classic

'This is scary' Britons fume at 'sinister' EU plans to halt UK passport stamps at border
BREXIT fury has erupted after it emerged the EU is set to replace passport stamps with a new system following the UK's departure from the bloc

Meanwhile, Twitter users reacted with fury to the plans
Marilyn Parrott posted: "This is scary. Why will a British passport no longer be sufficient to enter EU countries, like in the olden days? Will children and babies have to be fingerprinted also? Where is this heading?"

Paul Eedle added: "Didn’t we used to travel entirely freely throughout the EU? Why the new red tape?
While @goodeliberal201 posted: "It is getting even more sinister out there. Presumably our Govt will do the same and our Govt are enacting facial recognition systems on our streets, without any political debate."
But the EU Commission’ said the new system would be more time efficient.

The Daily Express is so not the Daily Mail. But its articles make me giggle with the OUTRAGE it has.

"Didn’t we used to travel entirely freely throughout the EU? Why the new red tape?“

Where have these people been? Wtf did they think was going to happen when they were all merrily voting to leave? I believe in democracy so I accept the decision as the will of the tiny majority, but I’m fucked if I’m going to listen to them complaining about getting exactly what they wanted.

BREXIT live....

It's good to read different views. Especially about REMOANERS

The shock of discovering taking back control necessitates the EU doing the same.
How DARE they!

I wish that there could be separate requirements for those of us who did not fall for the lies on the side of a bus.

Perhaps as a proxy if you could pass a language test for one of the countries of the EU, a simpler requirement.

‘UK ensured there would be peace across Europe and now the EU is taking the credit for it’. I don’t even know how to interpret this comment…
