Currently i receive a massive 10.30 a week in csa for my child (this was calculated the day before my ex started his new job in which he does more hours - how convenient) Anyway in the application he was to have our dc for 1 night a minimum 52 a year and this leads to a reduction of 1/7th. However, he doesnt always take him one night a week and if he misses any he never makes them up. Would it be unreasonable or petty of me to inform csa of this. It is only a measley 3.25 or something extra a month but its the principle. It also may increase when he has his review later in the year as they will discover he has a new higher paid job. So should i tell them or hold out and maybe tell them when the review comes? He is the type to possibly punish me though and not take him at all seeing as ive said he does less than 52 nights a year (which he does)
