I ordered a dress from what I assumed to be a reputable company as they are stocked in Selfridges and it turned up this morning almost rolled up in a ball and shoved in a small clear plastic bag looking like this? Surely a dress should be wearable when it arrives without having to try and get the creases out either myself or at the dry cleaners before wearing it? I don't really have time to sort anything else out so sending it back isn't really an option. Does anyone have any tips on how to remove creases from this sort of fabric?
