I’ve just done bullet point as it’s so long. I’m going from brunette to blonde and this was everything that went wrong at the hairdressers
- Double booked my appointment (2 months I booked in advance) and only told me a week before.
- Changed the day and then cancelled again and reverted back to original day but at 5pm
- Said I can do this but is he ok working until 11/12pm. He said he was but yet still moaned throughout appointment how tired he was and wish he hadn’t taken me on as a client.
- Took a nap whilst my hair was processing
- He ended up charging me almost double the estimated price
- I didn’t like the result (knew it would take another round of lightening) and I was honest but in a polite way.
- Said we can keep trying and will message me the next day to book me in - which he didn’t bother to do.
- Messaged me today to say he’s dropping me as a client as it’s “more stress than it’s worth”
- I’ve been left almost £300 out of pocket for this, with a colour I despise which I’m too afraid to do anything with right now as I can’t bleach it again so soon.
He clearly is incapable of getting the colour I want yet which I wish he would have just told me before I committed to this.
