Boss will sometimes give me and another colleague instructions and then suddenly get distracted by an email and sit there typing on his phone, mid conversation. Aibu to think this is quite poor? Also will talk on and on about himself and never ask a question about you - this is in social settings eg work dinners and drinks. Otherwise a nice guy! I’m just a bit perturbed.
