Well I checked Twitter and FB for an update there was nothing. AIBU to ask MN to say sorry we're down at the moment but we're doing our best. That would save all the resets, clearing cache . Then just let us know on FB Twitter that things are fixed. Servers do go kaput, weather being one problem

Some folks would love to walk away but can't. I've had two operations one in March one four weeks ago,. We're not all able to go anywhere while we heal

Why do you think advertisers use MN? High user traffic. Your eyeballs and mine. We are the product, the least MNHQ could do is to keep users updated. It doesn’t feel like a huge amount to ask.

I know why advertisers use MN. Doesn't make me a MN customer though which is why I don't expect customer service.

How long was it out for in reality? Seems that some of you commenting on the thread have never managed any IT based system or had a supplier of IT at work whom you interact with.
