What has the world come to? A vulnerable disabled man was brutally beaten up till he died in broad daylight whilst onlookers were watching and recording!! A dog walker watched and sat down later with his back towards the incident as if to ignore and act like nothing is happening? This is sickening. This is RASICM at its peak!
