Is it normal procedure on mumsnet for a troll to be ban straight away on mumsnet and not get a warning beforehand?

If they're deliberately trolling then yes, it's pretty normal to be banned from most forums.

I mean it's different to accidentally breaking the rules, isn't it?

ofwarren · 28/07/2022 21:17

Yes, and so it should be

BIWI · 28/07/2022 21:18

Why wouldn't it be?

BIWI · 28/07/2022 21:19

Oh - you're the weirdo who posted the non-thread about MM aren't you?

Are you asking if it's OK to troll?

Pumperthepumper · 28/07/2022 21:20

Are you the mumsnet mafia one? I think about them a lot

IcedOatLatte · 28/07/2022 21:20

Are you asking about on mumsnet?

PurpleDaisies · 28/07/2022 21:21

Yes, it’s been that way for ages

Which thread did you post last before being banned?

Sweetpeasaremadeforbees · 28/07/2022 21:28

Hopefully, yes.

rnsaslkih · 28/07/2022 21:33

yes I think so

trolling is basically posting lies or made up stuff in order to provoke a reaction

so why would you not ban someone for this?

NiqueNique · 28/07/2022 21:39

That thread was...special.

minou123 · 28/07/2022 21:41
