Reassurance needed - dog has lumps in neck

My dog appears to have bilateral lumps in her neck - one side is slightly bigger than the other. I’d say they’re around 2 inches big - soft and squidgy - inbetween ear and jaw. I’ve got her booked into vets but in the meantime I was just feeling for them and she snapped at me which is out of character for her - so they’re tender too?

Other symptoms - drinking more (she’ll polish off a full bowl of water in one go) - weeing more (which I suppose goes hand in hand with drinking more but on a walk she’ll have a wee then have another one 5 minutes later?!)

Runny nose (just water coming out), slightly less energy than normal but still hyper as far as normal dogs go … just slightly less hyper then she was.

Shes m 3 years old. Any ideas? Vets tomorrow but I need reassurance before then if possible. I simply couldn’t face losing her. Google isn’t helping

Oh and she’s groaning a fair bit when relaxing - big dramatic loud groans

Could possibly be Sialocele which is caused by excess/build up of saliva, could be cysts, swollen glands. Best get her to the vets for a check up, it's probably nothing sinister

I see you've got her booked in already, ignore that Smile
