To not be able to work this out

Can anyone help.. I'm trying to work out the hours between 23.00 hours on 22nd July and 09.00 this morning.. I keep getting different answers!!

4 whole days gets you to 23:00 on 26th July + 10 hours to 9:00 this morning = 96 + 10 = 106 hours
