Best Tuna Pasta salad I can take to work

Hi everyone can anyone recommend a good tuna pasta salad I can take to work that will keep well

I do tuna, spinach, capers, sundried tomatoes, black olivers and feta with loads of balsamic vinegar over.

You could add pasta to that.

Macaroni pasta, tuna, chopped gherkins, jalepenos, red onion, tin of mixed bean salad thing, sweetcorn, mayo, salt and pepper

Add sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as a topping too

The one in Slimmingeats website is nice.

I literally love tuna, mayo, black pepper, cucumber, red pepper, and a handful of frozen sweetcorn.

boil pasta then run under cold water to rinse off the starch (stops it going sticky) mix and box up. The frozen sweetcorn keeps it cold :)

Make sure that you can eat it in a designated area away from your desk because the smell is rank. And I love tuna.

I really like pasta with caramelised onions, mushrooms, peppers, capers and tuna. Delicious and keeps well in the fridge for lunch the next day.

Spirals, tuna, sweetcorn, red onion, red peppers, spring onion, pineapple.
Mix pineapple juice, honey, splash of balsamic and teaspoon whole grain mustard for dressing.

I wouldn't be eating frozen sweetcorn (defrosted) without it having been heated first, because of the small risk of food poisoning....maybe use tinned instead xxxx

tuna - pasta - all the bits of salad you like? maybe not beetroot - cheese if you're feeling indulgent

squeezed lemon
black pepper
chopped cherry tomatoes
some of those chargrilled artichokes in like drained and chopped
red onion chopped
fresh basil

Don’t, no one at work wants to smell your tuna lunch.

I'm pretty basic with mine: pasta, tuna, any salad bits so lettuce, cucumber, spring onion or red onion, sweetcorn, peppers and mayo and salt and pepper.
