Our buyer pulled out the day before missives were to be concluded ( 4 weeks after accepting the offer). This leaves us with double legal fees as the next buyer will be a separate transaction and I’m sure we have lost the house we have had our offer accepted on and will also have to pay for the legal work on that!
I just don’t understand how we have no legal recourse to recoup the the loss!
Buyer just said “ property is not for me”
