Opinions needed as to whether I’m being unreasonable or the company is, I ordered my DS (3 yesterday) a personalised shorts and tee shirt set from a local small business, I asked them about sizing before ordering as to whether they run small or true to size.
The lady answered that they are true to size and to order the size he’s wearing now.
I did and it’s arrived today tiny! It’s much too small, upon comparing the items to clothes he currently wears from several other companies, they are smaller even than the size below! I messaged the company and told her and her attitude is, in a nutshell ‘oh dear bad luck, nobody else has said that’ 🤯🙄 Am I being unfair to expect better response than that? I don’t expect a refund or return but maybe a replacement in a bigger size at cost? She also charged me £3.80 P&p then later informed me she’d hand deliver as she’s passing me anyway on her way to an appointment 🤦♀️
