To ask for reasonable adjustments?

NC as could be outing.
Would I be UR to ask for workplace adjustments after being diagnosed with osteoporosis?
As a cleaner I've been moved around quite a bit all fair and good not a problem originally.
However I've started getting serious pain in lower back, wrists, feet etc...
I lift & empty over 80 office bins a night 2 bins per office; each office has anywhere from 3-7 desks ( 40 offices in total ) although one office does only have 1 desk but has 4 cabinets, meeting table & shelves. So over the 5 night I work I have to do 6-7 offices nightly desks, window sills, vacuum but obviously all offices bins are done along with 3 kitchen areas, 3 flights of stairs & staff toilets. There's corridors, kick plates, handles & banisters but they get done if they need it or if I get time. 2 hours 30 mins shifts.
The floor I was originally on before being moved only had 11 offices & a big meeting/board area. I was asked to move floors when another member of staff left and told I'd be moved back within a week when the found someone permanent for the other floor.
It's now been 3 months and they still haven't found another member of staff and instead have someone on overtime coving my floor while I cover the other floor.
So AINBU asking for adjustments made for me to return to my previous workplace or AIBU and I sound like a moany twat just wait for permanent replacement?
