our neighbours daughter has learning disabilities and is 16 - every morning she is out in the garden with the dog at 5.30am which wakes most of the close neighbours up as the dog barks and she is shouting at him not stop the same
repetative words. at approx 8 am she goes indoors and sleeps. this is 7 days a week - how can we sort this out.
