I’m no contact with my sister, I haven’t spoken to her in 2 years, she has just turned up at my door literally 10 mins ago! Bashing on my door and calling through, I am so fed up with this she won’t leave me alone even though I’ve told her I want no contact, I don’t want to contact the police but what else can I do?

Three options:

let her bang but don’t answer

answer and tell her to leave (or you’ll call the police, and do so after a period of time)

or call the police and tell them there is someone outside banging down your door

Are you safe? Is she safe? Do you know why she's at yours?

No I couldn’t hear what she said I was upstairs but it was definitely her she was calling something through the letter box but I didn’t go down

If she comes back, call the police. That's all you can do with unhinged people like this. Whatever you do, don't go to the door or respond to her in any way.
