Very worried about COL crisis - I earn £43k in London. I have a mortgage which thankfully is fixed for the new few years, but live alone and don't have a partner to share bills etc with. My costs in general aren't too high as I don't go out much and I don't drive. I'm doing everything I can to save over the summer but just feeling sick with anxiety that I'll have to borrow money from my parents or something. I live in a high council tax area and it's just been creeping up. Any advice appreciated.
