Need some advice.

obviously I have booked for an appointment at the local GUM clinic but it’s not till next Thursday and I am really starting to panic.

I have been seeing somebody for a few months. I hadn’t had sex in a long time and was free of any STIS. He got tested before we had sex as I was worried and it reassured me. Now I’m starting to panic that he has given me something and that he’s been seeing other people behind my back.

symptoms are: sorry for tmi

Frequent urination
bleeding in between my period and bleeding after sex and sometimes stomach cramps

no pain during sex and no discharge but since the last time we had sex I have been in a lot of pain down below. Vulva type pain and discomfort. Sometimes itchy. I’m really started to panic.

Even more worried because the appointment is with a doctor in the GUM clinic because of the pain. That’s why I have to wait longer for an appointment!

There are loads of things that this could be. Either way you have sought medical help and will be ok. I’d call NHS24 if you’re really uncomfortable

Try not to panic. I'm pretty sure there isn't an sti that makes you bleed between your period but you need to get to find out what it is as it shouldn't be happening.

Could be lots of things. Maybe cervical ectropion?
Good you're getting checked though.

No discharge is a good sign - as far as I'm aware, if you're symptomatic it's the most likely one to get.
