AIBU to think about buying an air pollution filter for my car?

As above. Unfortunately I need to drive for work and have no alternative, but some parts of my journey are quite smoggy. Does anyone use a pollution filter for their car? Or am I being ridiculous?

Does your car have air conditioning? I thought that filtered pollen and pollution?

I don't think it's HEPA level pollution filter, I think normal cars only have a basic filter

But cars are not airtight, so the pollution will come in anyway.
