To ask for Covid rules in italy

Currently on week 1 of 2 weeks in Italy and due to change to our second venue on Saturday (in car as touring holiday)

Have woke up feeling rough, hubby has gone to pharmacy to buy a LFT, as I suspect Covid:-(

Morally I will do the right thing and isolate, but would love to know what the rules around this and for my family (who are symptom free)

Google not my friend as can only find out about entry requirements, but we are already here

From what I understand the rules for residents at least are these. +Covid person should isolate as much as possible. Rest of family, If staying in same house as +Covid person should technically wear a protective mask when out and about where you could potentially infect others. You don't need to test yourselves unless you start having symptoms.

It's 35 degrees at the moment, mask wearing for family could be a challenge!

I think it's kinda when in close contact with people indoors really, so not when out and about.
