Can't sleep in my bedroom - help! Ways to cool it down?

It's 37c in my bedroom currently- it's in the loft and has caught all of the heat. I have the window open as far as I can, two big fans blowing, keep misting water and it's not making a dent in the heat. The bed literally feels like the sheets have just come out of the dryer.

Problem is - I'm getting a new sofa delivered tomorrow so don't have one in the house to sleep on. The other bedroom is an office space with just a desk and a chair. I'd sleep on the floor on a duvet but I have a bad shoulder and need something soft.

How can I cool it down please?

(it was on a stool near the window before!)

If it’s cooler outside then you want to focus on exhausting the hot air out, until you get the temps more or less even, then you want to pull the cooler air in. Unless you can do both at the same time.

Open the Belize's it's cooler out now (at least her in Se London) than in. I feel your pain, my office is in the loft and it was 37 earlier.

God knows. I've had to sleep downstairs the last two nights. I'm currently lay with a frozen ice block behind my neck.
