The lido is amazing! They did cold water swimming over winter as well.

Yanbu. We have no outdoor swimming near our town, no lidos, lakes or coast. I'd love a year round lido.

We live near it and it is lovely.
Even better since covid hit as you now have to book a time slot as before it was a crazy queue system,which saw many people turned away and was very overcrowded.
One of my favourite childhood memories is spending time here with my family and friends.

I just said the same, I’d love to be there. Nothing like that near here either. I was surprised it wasn’t busier tbh.

Used to go regularly as a child. I live not too far away now but have never been as a grown up. It’s always very busy in this weather, they didn’t used to have the booking system and sessions. People would pitch up on opening for the whole day meaning nobody else stood a chance.
