my neighbours are horrible, always shouting and screaming, loud music and bass, messy garden, throwing wood with sharp nails over fence knowing we have animals.
A few years ago I heard him kicking the dog, was only 16-17 so didn’t know who to call or what to do,
Tonight his done it again and the noise was awful..what do I do? who do I call?

I’d ask the police on 101 for their advice.

Hope the hateful little bastard has the same happen to him.

Police, quick. Poor dogs. Also the RSPCA.

From the Met:
Animal cruelty

Animal cruelty is when someone doesn’t care for or deliberately hurts an animal.

It can include anything from physical violence, to deliberate mental distress or neglect, for example not feeding or cleaning an animal.

If you see, or suspect, that a person may be treating an animal badly, whether this is physical violence, neglect or any other form of cruelty, you should report this to the RSPCA’s cruelty line (8am-8pm, seven days a week).

You can contact them on 0300 1234 999. The call will cost the same as any call to a UK landline number.

We work with the RSPCA to investigate cases of animal cruelty.

This is very disturbing, please call the rspca and police to report as soon as possible. I'm sure you won't but please don't let it go unreported, people capable of that kind of cruelty should not have animals and that poor dog needs removing as soon as possible. Are there any other neighbours you feel comfortable speaking to about this? If they have anything to report too it might help to speed things up.

You call the RSPCA, the police and any independent rescue charities close to you. You do it now. This minute.
