To crave more sugar in hot weather?

Just wondering if its only me. Since as far as I can remember, I have never been one to cope with hot weather. No exaggeration or hyperbole but I literally pass out when its really hot..I physically cant move. Its shocking to see people out walking or doing anything physical in the garden..its like my whole body goes into a slump.
Even getting up and trying to just do normal day to day tasks feels like im not in my body? Its really weird. Never been checked out for it as I always wonder why its just me within my immediate/extended family thats acts like that.
Also, I just crave sugary foods. I could sit there and just eat icecream constantly, I have milkshakes, ice lollies, chocolate and even sweets (which I never have normally) these replace my meals because I cant even eat..not even anything cold..its a big effort. I just want to know if this sounds normal? I think its because we seldom have hot weather where we live up North, so when we do it puts me out..Im absolutely dreading this..and yes first thing I did when we had that other horrible heatwave years back was get AC for upstairs.

I have less craving for sugar and more for salt.
Are you drinking enough?
If you're not eating meals, your body is obviously just pushing you to get quick energy, but you need enough fluids and electrolytes (salts, potassium etc) that you won't be getting from sweet foods.

Just that..this cant be healthy, Ive had 3 icecream bars today, cucumbers, jam on toast, loads of fruit and chocolate buttons
Just dreading these next few days. I've recently joined a gym and started working out more but I feel this is so counteractive ..I try to eat normal food but just makes me nauseous. This has been like this for years.
When Im the abroad its the same too.
