Grounds for divorce?

My other half has just broken the coffee machine on the first day of the school holidays!! First world problems I know! Instant coffee isn’t going to cut it at 6am when the kids wake up. We have no holidays planned no escape it’s just me two kids and a serious lack of decent caffeine. The solicitor will go for this as reasonable grounds for divorce right?!?

I don’t know OP… I was promised the house in exchange of the Gaggia when we split…. So wait until you have more leverage.

Tell him to and buy a cafetiere with ground coffee.

His morning jobs are:


  1. To brew it in time for you to drink it when you wake up

  2. To clean it out without blocking the sink.


Oddly your coffee machine will be fixed/replaced very quickly...

I’m loving this advice, I’m also refusing to get out of bed with the kids. I don’t think they are going to survive this morning for long. Thank you
