Live in your dream country (whatever that may be) and not be able to do much travelling. Or live in your home country and do lots of travelling and see many other countries.

Live in home country and travel. But I love travling and being around family so a total no brainer for me

This is very easy for me, my home country is my dream country (having lived in five). So, home country with lots of travel.
