I didn't breastfeed my first two and my periods took a good 6 months to come back. It's not into worrying territory yet.

I can understand why you are worried! However a lot of women take a quite some time to get back into a normal cycle. My mother, poor thing, ended up with her second child when I was 10 months and 1 week old! I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I hope that you have the outcome that is best for you.

I think you should take a pregnancy test. If it’s negative, ring your health visitor or GP to ask them if it’s anything to worry about - I’d imagine not.
