Does anyone use Iceland online delivery? I haven't used them before and am placing my first order. Do they do substitutions? And what happens if you order things on offer and some of the items are out of stock? Do you have to pay full price?

I don't think I've ever had a substitution. If they don't have it, they just issue a refund.

I don't recall paying full price if an item on offer is out of stock though.

I've only had a substitution once , if something's not in stock you are refunded Smile

Love them they were great never had a substitute but had 1 item not in stock.

No substitutions always refund if they don't have in stock.
If I've ordered a product that 3 for £10 and one of the items is out of stock they didn't charge full price.

Thanks for the help, I'm on a tight budget right now so wanted to make sure it wasn't going to cost more than the total on the confirmation.

Can I ask how much they charged for the in stock items on your offer? Did they charge the full original price for the items they did have available? Or did they charge the amount that they would have cost on offer if all items were available?
