To mention Santa in July

Sorry to mention Christmas in July 😂 but trying to be organised.
We were contemplating going to Lapland this year, but have decided against it now, so I'm looking for recommendations for an ultimate UK meet Santa attraction/event. Maybe even a short break if there is such a thing.
I want a turkey magical Santa experience that my kids will remember for ever as they're the perfect age now - 6 and 7 years old.
Please let me know if you know of anything.
Willing to travel so anywhere in UK considered

Why have you decided against Lapland? Cost? Climate? Time? The reason may affect recommendations.

You’re not too early at all. Lapland UK was fully booked within a day when bookings opened in March. I booked in February for an experience in Surrey. the polar expresses we’re selling tickets in March too!
