Shows featuring recycled celebrities - legitimised nepotism?

Having seen the earnings of certain BBC celebs I'm sick of paying a licence fee for blatant nepotism under the guise of 'celebrity ....whatever eg bake off/dancing..'
I can't help but think of all those underused talented drama school graduates not given much of a chance from showcasing their gifts.

Agree, I am sure there are plenty of people that would read the news or present football just as well or better than the current presenters. Except they would do it for £100k or less.

Oh my days, yes definitely but not just BBC. I'm fed up with HW & PS. HWs husband is a studio big-wig so no surprise. There are some extremely irritating low-talent 'slebs' who only got a massive leg up due to parents/grandparents pulling strings & opening doors and yes, clogging up the system for otherwise talented newbies.
