To wake her up

My 8mo is currently sleeping in her room. The monitor showed 32 but she has a fan that swings around the room

I couldn't hear the fan and could see the room was 34 so I went in there to find her all sweaty (she's only wearing a large in a tshirt) the fan had stopped 🥲

I'm now scared she might be unwell. I went in there and she wasn't disturbed at all. She usually wakes the minute I go in her room.

Should I wake her up? Or do you think she's fine? She's sweaty but breathing normally

I'm loosing my mind with this heat

If you’re worried lift her up and give sips of cool water.

I'd try waking her up gently. Has the fan started working again? I think placing a bowl of cold water in front of the fan is supposed to help cool down the room.

If your room is cooler could she sleep with you tonight?

Thank you.

Have tried to offer her some water but she seems too sleepy and wouldn't take it and went back to sleep

Her skin feels cooler now that the fan is back on

I'm so stupid!!

I'm so worried I've caused her some sort of heat exhaustion

DH thinks I've lost the plot for trying to wake her up if she's breathing normally 😔
