It was staring and laughing at me this morning. The photo doesn’t do justice to exactly how menacing it was. Is this the sock monster to end all sock monsters?

😂that reminds me of back when I was about 12 and all night I was watched by some terrifying Freddie krugeresque creature in the room I was sleeping in. Spent most of the night under the covers having those absolute cold fear sweats.
Once some more light started streaming into the room I was rather unimpressed to see that the monster in question was actually a tall back chair with some of my clothes and tights strewn haphazardly on it 🙄

Things that seem normal in the day become terrifying at night. I am getting the Holy water as we speak.

I'm sorry but you've got to move. It's the sock monster's house now.

Omg creepy. I have to remind my DH not to hang dressing gowns over our four poster bed. It's so spooky in the dark it looks like robed figures are standing over me.

What am I missing?!
